12-Month Limited Warranty
Harmony Bird extends a limited full-year warranty for any product purchased on www.harmonybird.com. If a product is deemed defective, we will either provide you with replacement parts to fix the issue or send you a replacement product free of charge. Defective products that are found damaged due to neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear will not be found as returnable.

35-Day Stress-Free Guarantee
If, for whatever reason, our product fails to meet your expectations, we offer a full refund within 35 days, with funds reimbursed once we receive the product. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please fill out our online return form if you wish to return your product.
If your product, or any part of your product, has arrived damaged or defective by the manufacturer, we’ll pay to have you ship it back to us. Then, once we’ve examined the problem, we’ll send you a replacement product or part(s) to get your product in working condition.
If you have received the wrong product, return shipping is on us. Once the incorrectly-shipped item is received, we’ll send out the correct item(s) as soon as possible.
